Vera Living Offers

1) Available for the following properties: Vera Living Houses and Villas in Toowoomba, Qld (each a Property).
2) Available for new tenants only. New tenants must apply and be approved by Vera Living.
3) Valid to eligible NDIS participants who:
a. sign a lease for an eligible Property between 25 November and 24 December and move in before 22 January.
4) Total amount offered includes:
a. No obligation to pay a reasonable rent contribution (RRC) for the first 12 weeks of the tenancy (valued at up to $2782.5). Payment for the supply of SDA may still be claimed from the NDIA by Vera Living in accordance with NDIS legislation.
5) Vera Living disclaims all liability for any claim or loss incurred in relation to this promotion.
