Spacious and light-filled, this home is architecturally designed to provide comfort and enhanced independent living. At the heart of the home sits the inviting shared living space and kitchen, complete with accessible preparation and cooking areas, and luxury appliances and stone benchtops. Each bedroom has its own accessible bathroom with an oversized shower, full height tiling, ample storage and ceiling reinforcements to allow for hoist installations if required.
Functional and smart, this home is pre-fitted with a range of state-of-the-art assistive technology modifications, including automatic bedroom doors, blinds, lighting, and fully electric kitchen benchtops. There is also a separate bedroom and bathroom for a carer (Onsite Overnight Assistance) to ensure your immediate access to supports, when and how you choose.

- High-end Fisher & Paykel inclusions – washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, and Hafele accessible side-opening oven with pull out resting drawer.
