- Fully adjustable electric kitchen bench with integrated induction cooktop
- Ducted air-conditioning throughout home with separate self controlled split system in each bedroom
- High-end appliances (washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher) and accessible side-opening oven with pull out resting drawer
