One vacancy in a modern, spacious home, living with two fantastic male housemates aged 40-50 who are eager to complete their home with a liked-minded individual.

Spacious and light-filled, these homes are architecturally designed to provide comfort and enhanced independent living. At the heart of these homes sits the inviting shared kitchen and living spaces, complete with accessible preparation and cooking areas, and luxury appliances and stone benchtops. Each of the bedrooms have their own accessible ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, full height tiling, ample storage and ceiling reinforcements to allow for hoist installations if required.

Functional and smart, these homes are pre-fitted with a range of state-of-the-art assistive technology modifications, including automatic bedroom doors, blinds, lighting, and fully electric kitchen benchtops. There are also separate bedrooms and bathrooms for a carer (Onsite Overnight Assistance) to ensure your immediate access to supports, when and how you choose.
